The architecture firm, Shepley Bulfinch, has announced the grand opening of the first phase of en Hance Park, a distinctive condominium the company designed and developed in downtown Phoenix, Arizona.
Located at Moreland Street, this phase of the project is composed of 49 units occupying a total of 65,000 square feet of living space. It is said to be one of the first new developments in the city’s downtown district, serving as an indicator of more great projects to come in the future.
In terms of design, this condominium is simple, airy, and contemporary, providing a contrast to nearby buildings that have more elaborate façades. It is built with smooth stucco and metal panels using a color theme that complements the surrounding desert. Generally, the condominium has a sleek, warm, and inviting appearance.
Speaking about the purpose of the project, Alvaro Sande, CEO of Sencorp (a firm that is collaborating with Shepley Bulfinch), said:
“Our goal for en Hance Park was to build smartly-designed residences that expertly combine functionality, creativity, and sophistication. Shepley Bulfinch helped us realize our vision through ingenuity and practicality in the design and planning of this project. The firm gave careful thought to every living space and common area and it is this attention to detail that distinguishes en Hance Park as an urban oasis.”
With the second phase opening in spring this year, the condominium will be part of the four residential developments that will add a million square feet of living space in the city.
